Clearances

All adult volunteers must have the following clearances filed with the CV district office:

• Child Abuse History Clearance - select Individual Login or Create Individual Account

• Pennsylvania Criminal Record Check - select New Volunteer Record Check

• FBI Criminal Background Check

  • Volunteers who have NOT lived in PA for the last 10 years: You must provide an FBI Fingerprinting Clearance.

  • Volunteers who have lived in PA for the last 10 years: You may submit a Disclosure Statement Application for Volunteers in place of the FBI Clearance.
