Cumberland Valley Band Boosters
VOLUNTEER
Our marching band program and booster organization always needs volunteers; to help at Echoes, as chaperones for competitions, to donate food and drinks to feed the band on competition days, to work concessions at JV and Varsity football games, and to assist at fundraising events. You can choose the event you wish to help with or ALL events if you have the time and desire to support the program. All adult volunteers must have the following clearances:

The Pennsylvania Criminal Record Check (Act 34)

You will turn in your document to the CVSD office. Link directly to the district site is (click here).
Please note that since you are getting clearances as an unpaid volunteer, there is NO CHARGE for the Child Abuse History Clearance and the PA Criminal Record Check.

FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION (FBI) CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK INSTRUCTIONS
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has changed to new electronic fingerprinting vendor, IDMEIA for FBI criminal history background checks. For more information click here.

For those who have resided in Pennsylvania for at least 10 years, you will not have to complete the FBI Criminal Background Check if you sign an affidavit. Click here for the affidavit form.
