Concessions
Cashier
You'll be taking orders and payment from the customers. We have Square registers, so you don't even need to do math! Must be an adult.
Grill Master
Someone has to grill all those burgers and dogs! But don't worry, we have detailed instructions for you. Must be an adult. (instructions)
Server
You'll be paired with a cashier, gathering the food and drinks for their order and handing them to the customer.
Visitor Concessions
The visitor's concessions stand has mostly the same items and roles as the home side. Depending on how many people are working and how busy visitor side may be, the teams works together to coordinate the efforts.
Food Handler
You'll be preparing the actual food (often already cooked). You'll generally have a specific station, like assembling burgers/sausages, making walking tacos, filling coffee/hot chocolate, etc. (instructions)
Fry Wagon

You'll be taking orders and payment from the customers. We have Square registers, so you don't even need to do math! Must be an adult.
Fryer
You'll be cooking the food in the Fry Wagon. An experienced fryer will be there to show you the ropes, and you'll be frying up chicken tenders and french fries in no time! Must be an adult.
Drink Server
After customers have paid, you'll get them their drinks before sending them on their way to the food station. (instructions)
Runner
You'll be doing the little tasks that keep the Fry Wagon running! Keeping the drinks and freezers stocked, going back to the main concessions stand for supplies... whatever comes up! (instructions)
Food Server
Customers will bring their order slip to you at the food table, you'll relay their orders back to the fryers, and give them their food when it's ready. (instructions)
